June 18th member meeting:

Equipment updates
Trickle Tank is ordered and coming soon, will reduce waste
New Macs Minis with color correct monitors to be ordered soon, hopefully to be used in a few weeks
Flextight isn't currently working, this is presented to the membership for discussion on finding a solution, or funding a repair, or potentially replacing the flextight with a newer high end scanning solution.
There are some concerns about keeping screens uniform.
Photo-a-go-go:
Go-go teams will be broken up amongst the board and each team will be led by 1 board member
We need a lead on construction - Potentially Luke, or a former member.
Definite Date: December 12th

A Former member agreed to oversee
Flextight and if we don't have it will he help us with the wall building?
Replacing some of the walls?
Books at go-go?
Raffles for go-go? Maybe not doing it this year.
Education/Activities committees
Looking For Volunteers to help organize and run more events, as well as workshops and classes; as well as seek funding and grants.
Potentially buying speakers for movie nights, other events.

Chairs for movie night
Charcoal workshop is using the bakery for the 14-19th on September
$200 off workshop for bakery members
Bakery will be off limits from 9AM-6PM daily for that week; unless you take the workshop.
Todd Hido will teach at the bakery, Christian Patterson will be at Maine Studio Works, and Antoine D’Agata will be at the Woodfords club
Administrative:
Shutting down bakery emails, for all non board, non staff, members.
UNE graciously Donated their film Cameras - and we’re now looking into a rental system.

Setting up a rental system for equipment to use outside the Bakery?
We have an intern starting in a few weeks: Damyan

$40,000 in savings
Moving money into a high yield savings account possibly?
